It's easy to donate 10-100% (5% minimum for motors) to a nonprofit when you sell on eBay. All you need to get started is an eBay seller account.
Start selling on eBay
Sign into your eBay account and and click sell to list an item, just like normal. Or, use Turbo Lister to create your eBay Giving Works listings.
Choose to donate
Under the “Sell” tab, select “List with all options” and click “Start selling.” Fill out the category information for your item and click “Continue.” On the next page, in the “Choose how you’d like to sell your item” area, select a nonprofit and the percentage you’d like to donate.
Select a nonprofit and donation percentage
Find your favorite cause in the MissionFish directory. If you're a new eBay Giving Works user, you'll have to complete a one-time registration with MissionFish before you finish. Then choose how much of your final sale price (10-100%, 5% minimum for motors) you would like to donate.
Finish your listing
Once you select a nonprofit to benefit from your listing, review your listing details and submit it as usual.
What happens next?
When your item goes live on eBay, we'll let the nonprofit know that you will be making a donation to them if your item sells. Once you find a buyer, complete your transaction with them as usual. Later, MissionFish will collect your donation, distribute it to the nonprofit, and send you a tax receipt for your contribution.
